A 19-year employee of the company, Paul transitioned to Owner on December 31st, 2013. Paul had been running The Primary Group as Managing Partner and President since 2011. Previously he held the Managing Director role for the Investment Products Division (from 2006), as well as roles of Recruiting Director, Recruiter, and Associate Recruiter. While responsible for client relationships, new business development, team training, and management, he has dedicated his efforts to actively participate in all aspects of the search process to focus on directing The Primary Group associates in providing quality candidates that meet the client’s individual needs. Paul is a graduate of Wilkes University with a degree in Political Science and Marketing. Paul also attained his CPC Certification from the National Association of Personnel Services in 2007.

Cheyenne began recruiting for The Primary Group in 2014. Because of Cheyenne’s competitive nature and collegiate and professional sports background, she brings a solid, results-driven approach to recruiting. In her time at The Primary Group, she has successfully placed financial professionals in the Sales Distribution, Sales Management, and Relationship Management areas across multiple product lines.

Lauren has been with The Primary Group since January 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Program Coordinator for UCF Global Perspectives. Lauren is a graduate of University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish.

Erin has been with The Primary Group for over thirteen years in various capacities. Currently she handles multifaceted projects, graphic & web design, marketing support, database management, and business administration support to the Owner and Executive Vice President, collaborating on all aspects of the search process including document preparation and management, contracts, scheduling and planning of Owner's calendar, meetings, and travel, as well as business development.
