We are looking for a Due Diligence Officer to manage and coordinate process navigating product through broker-dealer’s due diligence process. This person will coordinate technical due diligence and research process of broker-dealers as they review firm’s investment programs.

Ideal candidate: 7+ years’ experience with a financial services background within Due Diligence, Product Management, and Analytics.

Requirements:  4-year degree required; MBA (preferred)


Senior Operations Manager 

The Primary Group has partnered with a well-capitalized alternative investments firm that has created unique institutional quality products for the institutional and retail broker-dealer community.  We are looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the operations run efficiently and compliant according to the industry and regulatory standards. This person will build effective, mutually beneficial working relationships with custodians, transfer agents, industry competitors, key broker-dealer home offices, third-party vendors, issuers, national accounts associates, VPs/IWs of sales, and regional/internal sales managers. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years’ experience working with FINRA broker-dealer firms (independents, wirehouses a plus); experience with call centers and shareholder services, as well as call CRM systems, MS CRM Dynamics.

Series 99 licensed a plus, or willingness to become licensed

The Primary Group has partnered with a leading alternative investment asset manager. We are looking for a Sales Desk Manager with responsibility for the management, development, training, and evaluation of an internal sales team. This person will monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggests improvements to management.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in financial services and specifically within a sales role with a track record of increasing roles of responsibility. 
Demonstrated ability to manage and execute a business plan.
Demonstrated leadership characteristics including building effective teamwork and team cohesion, building relationships, and influencing positively and mentoring.
