This person will be responsible for driving results in the acquisition of new institutional investors, as well as retention of existing investors.

Ideal candidate will have a successful history of business development and client service activities representing alternative investment products, financial services business development, or wholesaling, with specific experience calling on and raising assets in the RIA channel.

Retirement Plans Wholesaler – San Francisco

The Primary Group has partnered with one of the largest financial services companies in America. We are seeking a Retirement Plans Wholesaler in the San Francisco territory. This person will be responsible for selling retirement plan investment products through financial intermediaries to retirement plan sponsors, as well as consulting and educating Investment Professionals on all aspects of Retirement Plans business.

Required:

  • Undergraduate studies in Business, Finance, Communications, Liberal Arts preferred

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63, 65, State Life / Annuity Insurance Agent licenses

  • CLU, ChFC, FLMI, CFP, & ASPPA Designations preferred

  • Minimum of five years of experience in 401(k)/Retirement Plan business with advisory-driven market preferred, and/or direct 401(k) sales experience

We are seeking a Product Specialist, Institutional Advisory Consultant to drive business in the Registered Investment Advisor, High Net-Worth, Single Family Office channel for the firm’s Alternative Investment products. This person will also be responsible for partnering effectively with sales professionals to position investment strategies and develop a clear understanding for investors.

Extensive Experience working within the Registered Investment Advisor, High Net Worth channel.

We are seeking a Compliance Director to work full-time leading the Compliance program. This Director will be in a senior leadership role within the broker-dealer. This person should exhibit strong leadership skills and set a tone of compliance, integrity, and transparency as a priority with all actions undertaken by the broker-dealer.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in financial services compliance with the most recent two to three years in a decision-making role.

We are looking for an Internal Wholesaler to develop new and build upon existing relationships with financial advisors/registered representatives in the broker-dealer network within their territory, primarily through outbound and inbound sales calls. This person will maintain open communication with External Partner, which may include daily review of sales numbers, information updates from calls and meetings (internal/external), regarding topics that may impact the territory and updates on communications management.

Ideal Candidate:

2-4 years’ work experience in Financial Services
Strong sales skills with a preference for already having sales training in their background
