Ken Friedman, Chief Execuitve Officer, has been in the executive search industry since 1980 and is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Accounting. In 1988, he formed Primary Management Group in Houston, Texas, focusing on developing distribution teams for asset management firms in both their retail and institutional divisions. He then renamed the firm The Primary Group, Inc., and moved it to Longwood, Florida, in 1989—where it has since grown steadily. Ken enjoys executive coaching and has spent over ten years in The Strategic Coach program, improving his entrepreneurial and coaching skills.
